NoCo Plan Online Course — Learn to Live With No Complaints in just 30 Days

Complaints deplete our energy and motivation to change. They can drive a wedge into a relationship, gradually pushing people apart. They can make the complainer sound like a victim and leave the listener feeling helpless. Complaining can even get in the way of achieving what you want in your work.

Most people want to stop complaining but have no idea how to do it. This is where the NoCo Plan comes in. Over the course of 30 days, it takes you through five key stages in learning to break your complaining habit:

5) Try New Ways of Communicating, Stop Complaining


The online course is designed to take you through the plan with daily lessons, giving you time to absorb new ways of thinking and opportunities for asking quesions along the way. HaRT Workout — Happiness and Resilience Training

Studies have shown that your individual happiness level is partly determined by genetics (50%), partly by circumstance (e.g., job, home life, etc. - 10%), and the rest is under your control. This means you can improve 40% of your capacity for happiness by changing what you do and how you think. Your "happiness set point" can be raised through conscious effort. Then again, it can decline through neglect.

In the HaRT Workout you’ll be led through several simple, practical exercises you can do to help develop your capacity for happiness. These exercises were designed to be easy to do as you go about your day. They were originally developed for HappinessExercises.com based on proven methods for raising your happiness set point. The HaRT Workout expands on the original Happiness Exercises by giving you the opportunity for hands-on practice and assistance with customizing the exercises to your individual needs and schedule.
